Dr. Barrack Muluka, PhD

Dr. Barrack Muluka, PhD is a seasoned publishing editor, and a Strategic & Political Communications, and Leadership Communications Consultant. He is also a writer in politics and a regular commentator on social and public affairs on the global platform. He is a graduate of the University of Leicester, with a PhD in Politics and International Relations, as well as a graduate of the University of Nairobi, with M.A qualifications in Armed Conflict & Peace Studies, PGD Mass Communications and B.A. in Linguistics and English.

Barrack has undertaken key strategic communications consultancies under the aegis of the European Union, the UN, the World Bank, the Government of Kenya, the University of Nairobi, the Kenya Institute of Management, the Ford Foundation and the National Democratic Institute, among many other challenging assignments.
